How much does the Crafted Workspace AI Shopify app cost?
$49.99 USD every 30 days, billed through Shopify Billing. One price for every store, month-to-month, and you cancel through Shopify anytime. There is no weekly plan and no separate setup invoice from us for the app.
Do I need a Shopify store to use it?
Yes — the app installs into a Shopify store. If you don't have one yet, start your store on Shopify first (path 2 above), then install the app at the same $49.99 price. If your website isn't on Shopify and won't be, our managed service covers other platforms instead.
Is the price different if I sign up for Shopify through your link?
No. The app is $49.99 every 30 days either way, and Shopify's own plan prices are the same whether you use our link or not. Shopify may pay us a referral commission — that's Shopify's thank-you to us, never a charge or a discount taken from you.
Who sets up the assistant — me or you?
Both, in the right order. You install the app and complete a short setup form about your business. Then our team prepares and trains your assistant from that brief, and you enable it in your theme editor. You never have to build a chatbot yourself or create an account with any separate chatbot service.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The plan is month-to-month through Shopify Billing — cancel in Shopify and the subscription stops there. You can also pause the assistant from inside the app without cancelling, if you just want it off your storefront for a while.
