Refund Policy

Plain-language note: this document was prepared without review by an attorney. It describes our actual practices as of October 7, 2026. If any conflict arises between the plain-language summaries on our website and our Customer Service Agreement, the Agreement controls.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you cancel a new subscription within 14 days after your initial charge, we refund the full first monthly fee — no questions about why, no cancellation fee.

• What's covered: the full initial monthly subscription fee you paid (Small Business $297/mo or Business $997/mo, including any launch discount).
• What's not covered: taxes that can't be recovered from the taxing authority.
• Applies to: new customer relationships only — not renewals, plan changes, or reactivations after cancellation.
• How to claim: cancel within the 14-day window through the cancellation mechanism in your account or by emailing craftedworkspace1@gmail.com.
• How you're paid back: refunded to your original payment method, ordinarily within ten business days (your bank/card issuer's posting times may vary).

After the first 14 days

Paid fees are nonrefundable and there are no prorated refunds for voluntary mid-period cancellation — but there's also no cancellation fee and no clawback of setup. Cancel anytime and your service simply runs to the end of the current paid period. We also refund duplicate or erroneous charges, and unused prepaid fees if we end the service for our convenience.
